Our store is hosted on Squarespace. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and Services to you.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.

PRODUCTS

Products may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Return Policy. To view our Return Policy, please visit the FAQs.

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours and images of our products that appear at the store. Each milk stone produced is unique to the customer and therefor colour and appearance will vary.

Following the return of your milk kit it is not possible to change or amend your order including, but not limited to, finishes, ring sizes and inclusions. It is the customers responsibility to ensure the correct ring size is purchased.

YOUR MILK AND INCLUSIONS

Unless formally notified your excess preserved milk will be stored for 12months following your dispatch date. After this date it will be safely disposed of. If more than 5-10ml is sent the unused milk will be disposed of at the time of preservation.

5-10ml of milk may be used to make up to 3 jewellery items.

Any milk or inclusions which are damaged or lost in transit are not the responsibly of motherhood + memories. Please do not send all of the contents of an item. You may upgrade the postage at your own expense.

Any remaining ashes will be returned to the sender along with the final product.

GIFT CARDS

All gift cards are valid for 12months from the date of purchase and can not be purchased in conjunction with any promotions.
